Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1/2cup unsalted tahini
  • 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4cup mini chocolate chipsdairy free of course!
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 3/4cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, stir the tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well blended.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined to a wet/sticky dough.
  4. Dip your hands into water then scoop 2 to 3 tablespoons worth of batter into your hand. Form it into a cookie shape and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat.
  5. Bake the tray of cookie dough for 10 to 13 minutes, (though I left mine in a bit longer for some extra crisp and light brown edges). Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
