Homemade Pumpkin Seed Milk
This nutritious seed milk is not only a great alternative to dairy, but also to nut milks if you have an allergy!

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds soaked (6 to 8 hrs)
  • 3 cups filtered water or more to desired consistency
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 medjool dates

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds soaked (6 to 8 hrs)
  • 3 cups filtered water or more to desired consistency
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 medjool dates
Instructions
  1. Strain the soaked pumpkin seeds, then add them to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture, using your straining method of choice. I used a cloth nut milk bag by a brand called "Rawsome Creations".
  4. Keep refrigerated in an air-tight glass container for up to three days.
