Although this recipe makes enough to share between 2 people, I usually drink the entire thing myself!

Spicy Green Smoothie

  • 3 oz Spinach
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 5 oz Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Fronzen Banana
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 Juice of a Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 thumb Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Water add as little/much water for your desired consistency
